Gateway classic cars of Nashville is pleased to digitally offer to you this 2017 Ford Mustang GT, a wonderful blend of power, performance, and luxury. This stunning vehicle is finished in a vibrant red exterior color, which is beautifully complemented by a sleek black leather interior. The after market is full of upgrades for these late model Ponies and the owner of this car took one of each. The 5.0 had the heads shaved to insure flatness and increase compression. Compression was not a problem once the Paxton supercharger was installed to pump air into the Ford performance Voodoo intake manifold. Fuel is pumped to the Coyote fuel rails through -8 AN lines and what the engine does not want is returned to the tank through -8 lines. The exhaust leaves the heads via Kooks 1 7/8 long tube catted headers into a Borla exhaust and it sounds great! The car pulled almost 804 Horsepower and 550 feet pounds of torque while being tuned. this power is then sent to the 6R80 6 speed automatic transmission, that has been upgraded to handle the power with a Bluestreak billet planetary, and Mcleod stage 2 auto clutch pack and TCS billet intermediate shaft and then a QA1 carbon fiber driveshaft. Now in case you wonder if this was done in the front driveway by a group of teenagers that high jacked Dads tool kit, nope, the owner tells us the work was performed at the dealership by a Ford master mechanic. Unlike the "old days" when 800 horsepower came with solid lift cams and no air conditioning, oh and 3 miles to the gallon, todays muscle comes with leather interior, air conditioning, power convertible tops and a stereo that can be heard over the symphony that most call the exhaust. The automatic convertible top allows you to enjoy the open air at the touch of a button. The cruise control feature adds to the driving comfort but who will use it? The GPS navigation system ensures you never lose your way in case your significant other is not in the passenger seat. The heated seats provide warmth and comfort in cold weather, while the leather interior adds a touch of luxury. The performance tires, combined with power brakes, power locks, power seats, power steering, and power windows, enhance the overall driving experience. As if the 800 horsepower isnt enough. The radial tires ensure optimum road grip, ok, they do what they can to plant the power to the pavement while the tilt steering wheel allows you to adjust the steering position as per your comfort. The list of improvements is long and there just isnt room to list them all. Just know that while most bolt a turbo to a car like this and call it a hot rod, this is not that car! The suspension, brakes and entire driveline has been upgraded to match the performance of the engine. This car is ready to, well it is ready for just about anything expect a mud bog, for that you will have to switch tires. You know you want it, if not now, when?
