This 2010 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS coupe is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 that was reportedly assembled with a forged rotating assembly, modified cylinder heads, a high-performance camshaft, dual valve springs, titanium retainers, and a ProCharger supercharger and intercooler system. Power is routed to the HRE 20? wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and the car is equipped with a Kooks full exhaust system with long-tube headers. Red paint and black rally stripes adorn the exterior, while the cabin features air conditioning, a CD stereo, a Boston Acoustics sound system, and heated bucket seats trimmed in black leather. The car was registered in Nevada and Utah and spent time in California before the previous owner's 2019 acquisition, and it now has 37k miles.
The car is finished in Victory Red with black stripes accenting the hood and decklid. Details include a sunroof, a rear spoiler, and xenon headlights with LED halo rings as well as fog lights, heated side mirrors, tinted windows, dual exhaust outlets, and simulated quarter panel vents with black inserts.
HRE FlowForm 11 20? wheels are finished in gloss black and mounted with 245/45 front and 315/35 rear Nitto NT555 tires. Stopping power is provided by red Brembo calipers fitted over ventilated discs at all four corners. The car is equipped with a line lock.
The power-adjustable heated front seats and contoured rear bench are trimmed in black leather with offset stitching, and SS logos adorn the headrests. Amenities include a Boston Acoustics sound system, air conditioning, and a CD stereo.
The multifunction steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,250-rpm redline as well as gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. Readouts for oil pressure, oil temperature, voltage, and transmission temperature are mounted ahead of the Barton shifter. The digital odometer indicates 37k miles, approximately 10k of which were added under current ownership.
The 6.2-liter V8 reportedly utilizes a stroker-clearance block, an AHP forged crankshaft and connecting rods, CP-Carillo pistons, and ARP fasteners. The rotating assembly was balanced and the block was hot-tanked and honed, according to the previous owner. The cylinder heads are said to have been resurfaced and fitted with LS7-specification lifters, hardened pushrods, BTR dual valve springs, and titanium retainers, and further modifications reportedly include a Texas Speed & Performance stage 3 blower camshaft, a Melling high-volume oil pump, LS9-specification crank and camshaft gears, a C5R timing chain, and high-performance gaskets.
Induction is handled by a ProCharger P-1SC supercharger and intercooler system with a Spectre conical intake. The hood insulation has been modified to accommodate the position of the air filter. The previous owner states the engine produced approximately 800 horsepower on 91-octane gasoline. The car has not passed a California emissions test.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The Kooks exhaust system is comprised of long-tube headers, an X-pipe midsection, and mufflers.
