"Cruisin Classics is pleased to present to you this incredibly rare 2009 Chevrolet HHR SS Panel Van. Chevy manufactured the HHR (Heritage High Roof) wagons from 2006-2011, and the panel van version began in 2007. These HHRs were inspired by the late 40's and early 50's Chevy cars specifically the '47 Suburban and the Advance Design pick-ups. Chevrolet offered a turbo-charged SS model of the 5-passenger HHR beginning in 2008, and in 2009, they manufactured an SS version of the panel van. This was a one-year-only model, and only 216 were produced. This HHR is one of just 72 SS models that were dressed in Victory Red paint, and it's one of less than 25 when you factor in the factory options it is equipped with! Not only is this HHR a very rare find, but it also sports only 46,829 actual miles, backed up by the title and the clean CarFax.
This HHR SS looks stunning in Victory Red, and the paint is high-quality with only minimal imperfections from being driven. Up front, you'll find an aggressive black cross-mesh grill separated by a horizontal bar with a gold bowtie at the center. Beneath is a covered bumper and a lower fascia that continues the cross-mesh theme on the lower air intake and the fog light surrounding it. Flanking the grille are crystal-clear headlamp/turn signal assemblies. The retro style of the HHR is on full display from the side view with square fender flares and lower ground effects that mimic running boards. On both sides, you'll find body-color side mirrors & door handles, SS door badges, and a thin black pinstripe on the rear panel section that outlines where windows would be. There are rear doors on both sides that have no external handles, giving it a clean look. These doors can be opened with poppers on the key fobs and with release buttons in the interior (they can be opened from inside with interior handles as well). Up top is a power glass moonroof and a series of raised ribs that harken back to the past. In the rear, you'll find a cool aero spoiler attached to the top of the lift-gate, a rear wiper, a dark-tinted window with defogger, another gold bowtie and SS badge, a bumper that emulates the one up front, and a chrome exhaust tip. This HHR rolls down the road in style on its original highly polished aluminum alloy wheels, all wrapped in Hankook Ventus V12 evo tires.
Lift the hood to find an impeccably clean bone-stock engine bay that is home to a 2.0-liter turbo 4-cylinder DOHC Ecotec engine. This small but mighty powerplant was factory rated at 235 hp, and it can propel this 3,200 lb vehicle from 0-60 in just over 6 seconds. The engine is mated to a 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission that sends power to the front wheels. Other highlights include power steering, power 4-wheel disc brakes, and factory air conditioning.
Open the driver's door to reveal a sporty Ebony interior lit by working courtesy lights. The black plastic door panels are in good condition and offer power locks, windows, and mirrors. The front bucket seats are black leather and black fabric with red leather inserts and ""SS"" logos on the backs, and they look fantastic. The driver's seat is power-adjustable while the passenger's seat is manually operated. Both seats offer a fold-down armrest on the center side. Black factory carpet covers the floor, and it's kept nice with both black carpeted mats and black rubber mats. Between the seats is a center console that features an e-brake lever, cupholders, a storage slot, and a shifter with a leather boot and bright trim. Ahead of the driver is a leather-wrapped steering wheel with quick-touch cruise and stereo controls. The wheel is on a tilt column that also offers stalk controls for lights and intermittent wipers. The steering wheel frames an attractive gauge cluster that includes temp and fuel gauges as well as a 140mph speedometer and a 7K tachometer all with red sweeps. There is a factory boost gauge for the turbo located on the A-pillar. At the top center of the dash is a flip-up storage compartment, and beneath it are buttons for traction control, fog lights, and hazard lights. Moving on down the center stack, you'll find a factory AM/FM/CD stereo that plays your favorite tunes through a set of 7 Pioneer speakers. Beneath that are climate controls that provide cold A/C and hot heat with a strong fan. At the very bottom are controls for the rear wiper and a power port. Overhead are a tight grey headliner, map lights, visors with vanity mirrors, and a power glass moonroof with slide-away sun-shade. Ahead of the passenger is a glovebox that contains the original owner's manual, warranty book, ""Getting to know your HHR"" guide, On-Star booklet, and Sirius XM booklet. The rear cargo area is a hard plastic surface with a rubber mat on top. The rear floor lifts up for access to the spare tire. There are numerous tie-down points for cargo, and there is a soft-sided storage organizer as well as a factory cargo net. In the storage organizer, you'll find a laminated window sticker, some paperwork from when the van was originally sold in Oregon, an original brochure, and some invoices from recent oil changes.
If you're looking for a sporty transport vehicle that sets you apart from the crowd, then check this HHR SS out! This unique vehicle is packed full of options and amenities that make driving a real pleasure! You'll be hard-pressed to find another one of these HHR SS Panels at all, let alone one in this level of condition. Call our friendly staff today and put this cool ride in your garage!

Here at Cruisin Classics, we understand that you have many options when choosing where you purchase your classic, muscle or collector car and we would like to thank you for considering us.
Cruisin Classics has been buying and selling cars for many years.. The majority were your average daily drivers but our passion has always been in muscle cars and hot rods so in 1996, Cruisin Classics built a 56,000 sq.ft. showroom located in Columbus, OH that they still operate out of today. All of our vehicles are hand-picked and selected to ensure they fit our inventory. This facility is now arguably one of the best-stocked collections for sale in the US housing hundreds of unique automobiles all under one roof. We invite you to our facility! There is something for everybody when you come to visit.
After years of serving as central Ohio's premiere classic car dealer at Cruisin Classics Auto Sales, we saw an unfulfilled need that was not being met for our clients. We loved helping match our clients with the classic and American muscle cars of their dreams. But what about after the purchase? We recognized that our clients needed a trusted resource to continue to care for their classic vehicles. It did not sit well with us that our valued clients and their incredible vehicles were being outsourced to, sometimes several, third-party resources for maintenance and performance needs. We also wanted to help the many people that we had met over the years who already owned classic vehicles which were in need of restoration, upgrades, and maintenance. Too often, we were seeing vehicles with so much potential left sitting in garages under covers because their owners did not know who to turn to for such specialized work. It is our goal to offer our clients a truly comprehensive, seamless, and enjoyable classic car ownership experience, from purchase to maintenance to storage. Thus, Cruisin Classics Performance Center was born. We have cherry-picked the most talented, experienced, and passionate team of technicians to offer our clients a true one-stop-shop solution for any and all of their classic car needs. Our honest business model has lasted almost 25 years to date and Cruisin Classics has a worldwide reputation as one of the best in the business.
Outside of the shop, this business has afforded us the opportunity to be actively involved in our community and fulfill our goal of supporting several local and national organizations that hold a special place in our hearts. We are proud sponsors of the Kiwanis Club of Columbus, the Columbus USO, Honor Flight, Special Olympics, multiple car clubs, and much more.
In conclusion, 100% customer satisfaction is our main goal. Always has been.. always will be. We would like to invite anyone considering one of our vehicles to come to our beautiful facility to inspect the car in person or send somebody on your behalf.
