Under the hood this LS1 motor has had a Stage 2 cam, L92 heads, long tube headers, a K&N cold air and a complete exhaust installed and all of this has been paired up to a reworked 4L60E. When having the engine work done at Conleys Performance Plus, is when the owner decided to add a Y pipe and custom long tube headers, and to handle all this additional power, he had the rear end swapped out for a beefy 4:10 rear end gear ratio. The dyno results after these upgrades was 523 hp, proving that this is definitely NOT your run of the mill SSR! The additions of the Bilstein suspension, Hawk pads, rear decklid spoiler, front chin splitter, race harness belts, upgraded brake rotors, custom wheels & some staggered 20" Falken rubber tell you that this SSR is built for both show AND go!In conclusion, this 2005 Chevrolet SSR is a stylish, high-performance custom vehicle that doesnt compromise on comfort or safety.
