"STK 4000 1996 Chevrolet S-10 2R2 - 4X4
The 1996 Chevy S-10 is a compact pickup truck with rugged body-on-frame design is a popular option for light-duty hauling and everyday driving. The
second generation '96 model offered an improved suspension and better ride quality than earlier models. This partially restored 2-owner Chevy S-10 Extended Cab has spent its life in Virginia and appears to have led a pampered existence. It is also somewhat of a rare model. The 4x4 S-10 was factory equipped with the ZR2 option package that fitted the chassis with Chevy's heavy-duty 'Wide Stance Suspension' set-up. The factory Cherry Red finish is in very good condition and is accented by gray trim and ZR2 logos. The truck strikes a nice stance on the ZR2 suspension and 15"" factory spoke wheels that mount GT Radial Savero HT-2 tires. A clean bed is fitted with a premium liner by Pendaliner. The original Graphite cloth interior is in overall very good condition. (The upholstery of the driver seat is showing some wear.) Comfort features include cold A/C (new components), reclining high-back bucket seats, rear jump seats, tinted windows and sliding rear cab window. Other features include cruise control, driver air-bag, analog gauge package, power locks and a factory AM/FM/Cassette sound system. A new windshield has also been installed. The S-10 is powered by a 4.3L V6 in stock form that is fitted with throttle-body fuel injection. It has recently had major service including a complete tune-up, EGR valve, alternator, battery and radiator. The V6 is backed by a rebuilt 4-speed/OD automatic, 4x4 electronic transfer case/hubs and differentials w/3.73.1 gearing. The solid chassis is equipped with power steering and ABS power disc/drum brakes (new components), HD suspension, skid plate and 2"" hitch receiver. This handsome S-10 ZR2 can be pampered, or driven every day. Be sure - it won't be here long. ALL VEHICLES SOLD ""AS IS"".

As a means of continuing a close tie with classic car owners and enthusiasts, we offer a meeting room for car clubs and other groups to hold meetings, parties and other special events. Our space consists of 1,700 square feet set up with countertops, tables and chairs to handle your refreshment needs. We can also provide information on local catering services upon request. Call us to reserve a date and time. This space is offered free of charge upon approval of event.
