1979 Chevy stepside P 20 van. It originally came from Delano State prison as a laundry truck back in the late 70s Chevy used to send them and crates to the prison to have the prisoners put them together and then deliver them to the fleet department. In 1979 they quit having the prisoners put them together because they took away their automotive department at the prison and Chevy Gave them the last one to do whatever they wanted to do with it. So they turned it into the laundry truck and did some special things to it as like lowering your truck by adding 9 inches around the whole body to get with a body drop so nothings wrong with the suspension all original 2500. Done very well no cuts In frame all origin. Has a 350 in it it runs like a champ! Great round to do small business out of or just check it out and enjoy it like I have. All inside has been run on Leonard throughout the whole entire also has speaker sound system that sounds amazing also Pinstripe. Where is vehicle located?If you want to find out the location of a vehicle, please call us between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, we have staff standing by to help you in every way possible.
Can I Speak directly with the owner? With all the rising scams on Craigslist and other sites, sellers list with us to protect their privacy. So in most cases the owner only wants to talk with ClassicCarDeals and we deal with the buyer, but there is a rare occasion where we can do a 3 Way phone Call with the owner. We and the owner are more than happy to get any and all questions and pictures that you need to make a sound decision.
Is The Car Available? The inventory on our site changes all the time, so there may be a small number of cars that will be sold when you call.
