1967 Ford Mustang GT For Sale - Dark Moss Green, Factory S Code 390ci, Factory GT, Air Conditioning LMC is very proud to offer for sale this 1967 Ford Mustang GT The 1967 model year Mustang was the first redesign of the original model. Ford's designers began drawing up a larger version even as the original was achieving sales success. The major mechanical feature was to allow the installation of a big-block V8 engine. The overall size, interior and cargo space were increased. Exterior trim changes included concave taillights, side scoop (1967 model) and chrome (1968 model) side ornamentation, square rear-view mirrors, and usual yearly wheel and gas cap changes. The high-performance 289 option was placed behind the newer 390 cu in making 320 hp, which was equipped with a four-barrel carburetor. A 390 GT engine, an automatic transmission recorded quarter mile times of approximately 13 seconds and trap speeds of over 105 mph (169 km/h). This 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback offered here for sale is an extremely desirable example being a factory GT with a S Code 390 and air conditioning. San Jose California Built and sold new at Glen Organ Ford in California, this example was ordered in the iconic Y code Dark Moss Green paint complemented by a 6G Ivy Gold Decor Bucket seats. As well as being optioned with the GT equipment group, this Fastback is optioned with closed crankcase emission system, exhaust emission system, deluxe steering wheel, power steering, air conditioning, Am radio, interior decor group, tinted glass and fold down rear seats. The 1967 Ford Mustang GT Fastback is an icon of pony car design and it has truly stood the test of time, as it is considered by many to be one of the most important Mustang models ever produced. Each area of the restoration shop is staffed by skilled craftsmen with several 100 years of combined experience.
