1966 Ford Thunderbird In 1966, Ford introduced the fourth generation Thunderbird as a large personal luxury car. It offered a very elegant design ending with sequential turn signals which flashed three levels in the broad, horizontal tail lights from inside to outside. This was a 4-seater Luxury/Sports Car that was powered by either a 390 cubic inch, 315 HP or a 428 cubic inch, 345 HP engine coupled to a 3-speed �Cruise-O-Matic� transmission. We and the owner are more than happy to get any and all questions and pictures that you need to make a sound decision.
