Beginning with a bare chassis, we combine the old with the new. Taking a classic Mercedes-Benz chassis and incorporating modern day suspension systems. Entire sub frame assemblies are removed from late-model Mercedes-Benz vehicles, refurbished and seamlessly joined to the classic vehicle. Front and rear we transform the suspension system of old to a contemporary design, benefitting from over 50 years of engineering advancement.
From there we add a modern-day driveline with the performance and reliability that make open-road motoring a complete joy. A contemporary Mercedes-Benz engine (your choice of V-6 or V-8) is fitted to a NAT automatic transmission and complimentary rear differential and axle. Each component is thoroughly inspected, tested and re-conditioned prior to fitting in your vehicle to ensure years of trouble-free performance.with CLK axles and suspension.
Once the mechanical systems are modernized and in place, we look to the interior. Kept largely stock to retain the original luxurious look and feel, we hide creature comforts throughout. Modern HVAC systems hide beneath factory fresh-air and heater outlets. Smooth-operating power windows eliminate door handle cranks on the re-upholstered door-panels. Stock-looking seats hide additional bolster and side support, while providing heat, if a customer chooses. The latest in entertainment technology resides neatly behind a stock-looking Becker radio face, providing AM/FM radio, CD player, MP3 capability as well as hands-free Bluetooth connectivity for your mobile phone. The latest technology perfectly hidden beneath a luxurious, stock-looking interior.
