1953 Ford Custom 4dr Sedan 39k miles believed to be all original 239 V8 engine and all components replaced by prior owner. Starts easily, runs well with no surprises. 3spd manual on the column shifts effortlessly thru all gears and is fun to drive. The body is original, solid, with no rust-thru in any area. The exterior patina is all original to its vintage------a popular look to have in some of these neat old cars. Alot of the following improvements has been completed over the course of the last year to include: Replaced the 239 V8 Engine New Carburetor New Radiator New Battery 5 New Radial Tires including spare Replaced brake shoes with new brake hardware. New fuel lines New Fuel Tank New Complete Exhaust System Seats were removed to check/confirm integrity of the floors--------they're solid. Floors were treated with POR-15 and new black carpet was installed for flooring and in the trunk. Be sure to note the original trunk jack-instruction decals still present. Can I Speak directly with the owner? With all the rising scams on Craigslist and other sites, sellers list with us to protect their privacy. So in most cases the owner only wants to talk with ClassicCarDeals and we deal with the buyer, but there is a rare occasion where we can do a 3 Way phone Call with the owner. We and the owner are more than happy to get any and all questions and pictures that you need to make a sound decision.
Is The Car Available? The inventory on our site changes all the time, so there may be a small number of cars that will be sold when you call.
