Cushman Motor Works, who started making scooters in 1936, supplied scooters for Sears, who marketed all of their scooters as Allstate. This 1951 red Allstate is a Cushman production restored by Sony Sain. It just received a new engine in 2023. This is a running scooter but it does not have a title so it will be sold on a Bill of Sale. Since it is only 3 HP, it is classified as a Moped and can be registered but not titled in NC. Check with your local DMV for their requirements.
