1949 Mercury 8 Club Cabriolet beautifully restored with less than 1,000 miles on the odometer since a complete restoration. This car is finished in Red and has a stunning and complementary Tan leather interior, she also has a beautiful Tan canvas convertible top. Overall, this car is in outstanding condition and she runs and drives perfectly. This stunning 1949 Mercury 8 Club Cabriolet was restored to the owners specifications. She has her original 255cid Flathead motor with a 1BBL carburetor coupled to a three on the tree 3 speed column shift transmission. To make the car more drivable, the owner added power steering that makes the car a breeze to drive. She has good tires, the factory AM radio is installed but an upgraded audio system was added with AM/FM/CD/XM etc. She also has a beautiful and operational power canvas top. Can I Speak directly with the owner? With all the rising scams on Craigslist and other sites, sellers list with us to protect their privacy. So in most cases the owner only wants to talk with ClassicCarDeals and we deal with the buyer, but there is a rare occasion where we can do a 3 Way phone Call with the owner. We and the owner are more than happy to get any and all questions and pictures that you need to make a sound decision.
