1940 Diamond T Antique. This is a nicely almost fully restored truck. It only needs a few things finished up. I did not do the restoration but purchased it for sentimental reasons so I could do some work on it. The engine appears to be rebuilt. I put a scope down the cylinders and they appear clean and shiney with no carbon on the pistons. I put almost everything back on so I could get it running and driving. The motor turns over very slowly so I think it needs to have the starter rebuilt. I was using a deep cycle 6V RV battery so I know it's not that. All mechanical components seem to be either rebuilt or in very good condition. The fuel line and coolant lines need to be completed. The brakes need to have the fluid added and bled. There are a few things here and there to finish up but the hard work is done. This is a really rare truck and would make a great project for someone that doesn't want a long restoration project. Can I Speak directly with the owner? With all the rising scams on Craigslist and other sites, sellers list with us to protect their privacy. So in most cases the owner only wants to talk with ClassicCarDeals and we deal with the buyer, but there is a rare occasion where we can do a 3 Way phone Call with the owner. We and the owner are more than happy to get any and all questions and pictures that you need to make a sound decision.
Is The Car Available? The inventory on our site changes all the time, so there may be a small number of cars that will be sold when you call.
