common sense would tell you that this car is not street legal.
Put it a collection and trailer it to car shows. I lived in California for many years and these mustangs were very fast but most officers complained about how uncomfortable riding around in one of these for 8 hours was.

I am a former police officer, and I’ve driven it in Ohio for 10 years; shows, rallies etc. never had an issue. Obviously, that wouldn’t work in California.
