Has there been any maintenance work done, belts, hoses, tires, etc?

Yes, its had regular oil changes. The wearables have been replaced as needed, including tires. The date code on the tires is 0622.
More concerned about serpentine belt, timing belts. Were they changed?
I’m sorry I have no records of either being changed. A visual inspection of the serpentine belt shows that it looks free of cracks or age.
