This southern-owned Mustang comes with a binder of paperwork including an authentic Marti report.
Few Mustangs are as discernable as a Mustang Mach 1, iconic because it was mid-transition from pony to muscle. You’ll recognize this first-generation by the dual vents on the hood.
In this case, they’re not entirely cosmetic either. The vents are fed into the carburetor making this a Ram-Air 351 V8. Such an original style paired with factory-color paint and interior black leather is a rare find these days. 1971 was the first appearance of a major restyle and featured mean, aggressive body lines.
The hockey-stick stripe, Ram Air hood and collective of silver accents pair beautifully with the Grabber Blue. It has a 9″ Ford rear end, independent front suspension and air-shock rear suspension, power brakes and a 3-speed automatic.
This car was made to drive but has been coddled throughout it’s life. Photos do not do this gorgeous car justice
