1965 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray Coupe

This beautifully restored Corvette retains its factory-correct color scheme and matching-numbers drivetrain.

Starting with the exterior, the body is in exceptional condition with excellent panel fit and clean lines. It’s finished in its original Nassau Blue, redone in base coat/clear and polished to a deep, mirror-like shine. Chrome and stainless trim show brilliantly and complement the paint perfectly. All the glass, weather stripping, and seals are in excellent shape. The hidden headlights, turn signals, and wipers function as they should. Finishing off the look are knock-off style wheels wrapped in Coker Classic Gold Line tires.

Inside, the factory blue interior has been very well preserved. The door panels, carpet, and bucket seats are all in excellent shape with well-maintained padding and stitching. The dash is clean, featuring factory gauges in working order and a woodgrain steering wheel. The center console houses the original-style four-speed shifter. The headliner and visors are also in great condition with a proper fit.

Under the hood sits the matching-numbers 327ci V8, equipped with the original intake and Carter 3721SB four-barrel carburetor. It’s dressed with painted valve covers and a dual-snorkel air cleaner. The engine is paired with the original Muncie 4-speed transmission and correct rear end. This Corvette features four-wheel disc brakes and a dual exhaust system with rear valance exits.

Underneath, the frame and floors are clean and solid, showing years of careful ownership and maintenance.
