This 1964 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was refurbished prior to the current owner’s 2024 acquisition, and it is finished in Silver Blue with a black soft top over dark blue vinyl upholstery. The front bumper was modified to accommodate fixed headlights and a billet-style grille, and power is provided by a 327ci V8 paired with a Muncie four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a side-pipe exhaust system, an Indy shifter, a push-button radio, and replacement carpets. This C2 convertible is now offered on dealer consignment in Florida with a clean Iowa title.

The fiberglass body left the factory finished in Silver Blue Poly (912), and the selling dealer notes it was repainted in the factory color in 2023. The front bumper was modified to utilize fixed headlights and a billet-style grille. Details include a black convertible top, simulated fender vents, side-pipe exhaust outlets, and chrome bumperettes.

The 15″ steel wheels wear knockoff-style covers and Uniroyal Tiger Paw white-stripe tires. The C2 was the first Corvette to offer fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear, and this example is equipped with KYB shocks. Braking is handled by four-wheel drums. The brake shoes are said to have been replaced recently.

The bucket seats are upholstered in dark blue vinyl, and the center console features an Indy shifter. Replacement carpets are said to have been fitted recently, and amenities include a heater, an analog clock, and a push-button radio.

The faux woodgrain three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, amperage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 46k miles.

The 327ci V8 features Corvette-script valve covers. Work under prior ownership reportedly included replacing the engine wiring harness and refurbishing the distributor.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Muncie four-speed manual transmission, and clutch components are said to have been replaced in 2024.

Photos of drivetrain identification castings are provided in the gallery.
