This C1 Corvette replica was built under previous ownership with a 350ci V8, a four-speed automatic transmission, and a 10-bolt rear end. The body is finished in red over a custom Saddle leather interior housing VDO auxiliary instrumentation and an aftermarket stereo system. Additional equipment includes American Racing Halibrand-style 15″ wheels, power-assisted front disc brakes, power steering, and rear coil springs, a dual exhaust system, a curved windshield, and a dash-mounted rear-view mirror. This C1 Corvette was acquired by the selling dealer in September 2024 and is now offered in Florida with a clean Texas title listing the car as a 1955 Chevrolet.
The car is refinished in red and features silver-finished trim, a curved windshield, headlight guards, dual side mirrors, Chevrolet fender badging, a three-piece rear bumper, and dual exhaust outlets exiting through the rear valance. There is no top.
American Racing Halibrand-style 15″ wheels are mounted with 205/70 Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires. Equipment includes power-assisted front disc brakes, power steering, and rear coil springs.
The bucket seats are faired into the rear bodywork and trimmed in saddle leather, and they are complemented by a color-coordinated dash pad and door panels. Interior appointments include a dash-mounted rear-view mirror, a floor-mounted shifter, aftermarket heating vents, and a Pioneer stereo linked with aftermarket speakers and a trunk-mounted amplifier.
The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 140-mph speedometer, and VDO auxiliary instrumentation is centrally located in the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 32k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 350ci V8 is equipped with a four-barrel carburetor, an Offenhauser intake manifold, an Accel distributor, an aluminum radiator, and an electric fan.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission and a 10-bolt rear end.
The car is titled as a 1955 Chevrolet to California Assigned Identification Number MM91K0006
