So, while the bold red paint is borrowed from the fire truck palette, the modern clearcoat shine highlights the distinctive creases of the nearly 90-year-old sheet metal. This is a beautiful head turning, thumbs up ride that will have everyone smiling that sees it. The complete fire chief accessories – including the gold pinstripe that wraps around the body as well as the big upfront brass bell, vintage flashing red lights, spotlight, two brass fire extinguishers, fire axe and lantern.
Inside is more attention to detail. The original seating has been updated with new gray cloth that coordinates with the custom door panels and headliner to deliver a very uniform look.
