This exceptional 1956 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup, sourced from the Cherokee Indian Reservation in Oklahoma, embodies a unique combination of classic charm and modern performance. The body showcases a stunning patina that reflects an exquisite balance of restoration and modification. Every component, including the glass, window fixtures, trim, mirrors, grille, lights, and bumpers, has been replaced with high-quality new parts, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and durability. The truck’s ride height, as depicted in the accompanying photos, is achieved through innovative fabrication, seamlessly mounted onto a Chevrolet G-body (Monte Carlo) chassis.

A significant enhancement includes the replacement of the original Chevy 10-bolt rear end with a custom fabricated Ford 9″ featuring a 31 Spline Eaton Truetrac Posi and a 4:11 gear ratio. This upgrade is complemented by the installation of 11″ disc brakes at the rear, resulting in a robust 4-wheel disc brake system that enhances both safety and performance. The entire front and rear suspension have been replaced, including all-wheel bearings, ensuring a smooth and reliable driving experience.

Under the hood, this 1956 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup boasts a freshly built Gen III 6.0L LS engine, renowned for its power and reliability. It has been meticulously assembled using premium components, including a Cloyes timing chain and BTR LS7 lifters. Durable GM LS9 head gaskets, ARP head bolts, and Felpro gaskets further enhance the engine’s longevity. An aftermarket intake and a Nitrous Express MAF system set to +100HP with dual-mounted bottles are included, although it has never been sprayed, providing impressive performance for thrilling burnouts. The engine is paired with a rebuilt 4L60E 4-speed overdrive automatic transmission, featuring a high-performance Pro-Street torque converter. Both the engine and transmission are filled with Schaeffer’s synthetic oil and ATF for optimal performance, making this truck a reliable and enjoyable drive.

The interior has been completely refreshed, showcasing new brown door panels that beautifully complement the overall design.
