1959 Chevrolet El Camino – a true Florida car and a rare classic from the first year of El Camino production. This matching-numbers example is powered by a rebuilt 348ci V8 4-barrel engine with just 108,000 original miles, paired with a 2-speed PowerGlide automatic transmission on the column.

It features power steering that’s been completely rebuilt, drum brakes upgraded with a dual master cylinder and power booster, and an aftermarket AM/FM Custom Autosound USA-630 radio. All lights, signals, and gauges function properly, including an add-on mini tachometer.

The exterior is finished in a clean silver paint with a red and silver interior and plaid bench seat. The body is straight with correct badging and factory wheel covers. Chrome and trim are in excellent condition. There is some rust noted under the driver’s seat (see last two photos).

Underneath, it’s clean and solid with stock dual exhaust and new shocks. The bed is tidy and comes with a liner. This El Camino served as a parade car for years in Kansas before being relocated to Florida. It has a clean Florida title in the owner’s name, with a Kansas state-issued VIN number.
