1965 Chrysler 300L 2-Door Hardtop – the final year of the legendary Letter Car series. Finished in Spanish Red over a black vinyl interior, this classic is powered by the 413ci V8 mated to a TorqueFlite automatic transmission and limited-slip 3.23 rear gears. The odometer shows just over 91,000 original miles.

Originally equipped with factory air conditioning and Auto Pilot cruise control—both of which are still in working order—it also features power steering, power brakes, power antenna, and tinted glass. Recent updates include a new fuel sending unit and a full set of five brand-new Hankook tires, including the spare. The seats have been re-foamed, and new, correct carpeting with original heel plates has been installed. The original Mopar-logo rear plastic mat is still in place. For improved visibility, LED headlights have been added.

Inside, the car retains a well-preserved, mostly original look. The dash houses beautiful factory gauges, and the center console includes the functioning performance indicator and custom console shifter. It also has the original AM radio, trip odometer, and an aftermarket Auto Meter tach mounted on the steering column. The dash has some cracking, but a full replacement dash is included. Vinyl seating is in great shape, with just a small tear noted in the rear seat. The headliner is in excellent condition.

The body is straight with nice panel alignment, and all chrome and stainless trim is intact and in good to very good condition. The paint is generally good, with some bubbling around the rear wheel wells and a few minor chips and dings. The trunk and floors are solid, and the undercarriage shows typical surface rust. It’s equipped with dual exhaust that sounds great.

This is a solid, reliable, driver-quality car that starts easily and runs and handles well. It includes a clean Massachusetts title in the owner’s name and comes with extra parts—including the spare dash, trim pieces, and more. Car cover included.
