1939 Ford Deluxe Woody Wagon Custom Hot Rod – Professionally customized in 2015 by the current owner, this beautifully built woody features a TCI fully boxed frame and just 1,284 miles since the build.
Power comes from a new Edelbrock 350ci/330HP Racing Engine with E-Street EFI, paired with a 700R4 automatic transmission with overdrive. It runs a Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.50 gears, and the car has been tastefully lowered for an enhanced stance and ride.
Equipped with power steering, power front windows, and power brakes (front discs, rear drums), it’s a smooth and confident driver. While air conditioning is not fully installed, the compressor and condenser are already in place for the next owner to finish the setup.
Finished in a rich Cream paint with a dark brown canvas top, this Woody stands out thanks to its stunning Birds Eye Maple and Mahogany exterior woodwork, all in exceptional condition. Chrome, badging, and trim are complete and well-preserved. As a unique touch, 1940 Ford headlights and trim have been added.
The interior is equally impressive, with detailed woodwork, a custom Birdseye Maple steering wheel, and brown leather seating with matching seat belts. New carpeting, classic gauges, a working heater, and a Bluetooth audio system (with speakers hidden under the dash) add to the driving experience. Interior lighting and overdrive controls are neatly integrated. Tinted glass surrounds the cabin for a refined look and feel.
The tailgate is in excellent working condition, and the undercarriage is spotless—featuring dual exhaust, independent front suspension, and leaf springs in the rear. It rides on Diamondback whitewall tires mounted on steel wheels with chrome moon hubcaps and trim rings. The tires have been recently aligned.
